What's the word on color for Spring 2004?

“The word is...feminine”

Bring in the color and bring on the lights. This season, makeup is taking notes from the runway by focusing on lots of pretty, glittering color, such as pinks, lavenders, greens and even blues.  Also, to compliment the warm weather, faces should sparkle with bronzers and highlighting sheens that'll alleviate all traces of dull-looking winter skin.

Opt for looks that are feminine and flirty. Skip the drab matte looks by adding a touch of color on cheeks and keeping fruity-colored lips —think melon and berry tones, shimmering with gloss.  It reflects how every woman wants to look —pretty and fresh.

Susan's favorite make-up products this spring season contain sparkling pinks, burgundy and hints of orange.  Go for the glow this season with the sun-kissed look that a warm powdered bronzer or highlighting sheen can add to any complexion. When giving yourself a bronze glow, especially during the day, opt for a natural eye and lip color. Embrace color, and emerge your power of beauty!
